It seems like everyone in the Northwest is more active in the summer months; probably because the weather is warmer and the days are longer. We are more likely to have impromptu get-togethers, BBQ's, happy hours, golf outings and baseball games. We want to be outside, and with those outdoor activities comes some good adult fun. Who doesn't love hopping in the golf cart for a round and a few beers? A lazy Sunday afternoon at the ballpark with friends and some cold ones? Happy hour on the patio? All are perfect ways to pass the time during the fabulous summers we have here in Seattle. One thing we tend to forget, however, is who is going to get us home? When we embark upon a last minute get-together, we forget to plan out our travel options. Sure, we can call a cab, but many people will fail to call a cab and instead get behind the wheel. A British PSA aims to make the public THINK before they get behind the wheel after a few too many. In a campaign launched in a North London Pub, patrons are shocked by images in the restroom mirror. While disturbing; it does what it set out to do- make you think.
